  Mr. Prasoon Mukherjee, a Singapore based Non Resident Indian and an eminent industrialist, is the chairman and founder of Universal Success Enterprises (USE). He first became an entrepreneur in 1995 with energy trading (crude) based in Jakarta, Indonesia. He later ventured into hospitality and infrastructure.

He founded the Singapore based USE in the year 2000 as part of his vision for undertaking large project developments. His Indian roots motivated him to further expand his business to India and he launched some major projects here, with a vision to participate in India’s growing success.
A well known philanthropist, he has redefined corporate governance by engaging in several social activities such as lending a helping hand in times of natural calamities, helping the physically challenged, promoting national level sports and even sponsoring book fairs and film festivals.

Prasun Sengupta
Chief Executive Officer
An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, Mr. Prasun Sengupta has had over 27 years of experience across industry verticals. Mr. Sengupta started his career with the Tata Administrative Services, where he was Senior Vice President (Chairman's office) in Indian Hotels Ltd. He has served on the Boards of the Taj Group of Companies in India and abroad. He then worked with Jet Airways as Senior Vice President (Corporate Administration) for 12 years. Mr. Sengupta's areas of expertise include corporate finance, corporate restructuring in India and abroad, project development and general management. He joined USE in July 2010 in the capacity of Chief Executive Officer of the Infrastructure vertical and is leading the Group's initiatives into township and industrial park development

Pradip Kumar Mallick
Chief Financial Officer
A Chartered and Cost Accountant, he has more than 25 years of invaluable experience across different industries like FMCG, Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals, Paper, Print Media, Power Generation and Distribution. His expertise in mergers and acquisitions, post merger integration, long range planning, annual budgeting, performance monitoring, business risk management and statutory compliance provides invaluable support to the group.

Samir Kumar Biswas
Senior Vice President
Mr. Samir Kumar Biswas is in charge of the development of the Industrial Park at Nayachar and the USE Auto and Industrial Park. An alumnus of IIM Calcutta, Mr. Biswas has over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, distribution, business development and exports. Mr. Biswas has previously worked with Indian Petrochemical Corporation Ltd. and Reliance Industries Ltd.

Anandarup Bandyopadhyay
Senior General Manager
Mr. Bandyopadhyay leads the initiatives of the Group in the development of Vivekananda City and the Japanese City at Dholera SIR, Gujarat. He has over 26 years of experience with Maruti and the Tata Group

Chinmoy Mukherjee
General Manager
Mr. Mukherjee is responsible for all the construction activities for projects under USE Infra. A Civil Engineering Graduate with Post Graduation in Construction Management from NICMAR, Mr. Mukherjee has over 16 years of experience in planning, construction and project management in India and overseas.

Pradeep Kumar Modi
Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director
An M.Tech (Mech) from IISc, Bangalore as well as an MBA from Bhopal University, he served NTPC for 27 years in various capacities including independent responsibility as Executive Director and CEO of an NTPC Joint Venture company. His rich exposure of over 34 years in managing various thermal power projects with aggregate capacity of more than 30,000 MW helps him to effortlessly guide the Power team of the USE Group.

Ravish Kumar Saigal
Director (Technical)
A B. E. (Mech) Gold Medalist with over 30 years of experience in the field of design and engineering of thermal power plants, he has invaluable experience in basic and detailed engineering of sub-critical and super critical technology of various unit sizes ranging from 210 MW to 800 MW. Previously with NTPC for 27 years, he presently essays the role of Director Technical for all Power Projects of the USE Group.

Deepak Sawhny
Chief Financial Officer
Formerly with multinationals such as GE, Nicco Corporation, Delton Cables, DLF Ltd., Suzlon Energy, Indiabulls, he is a qualified accountant and member of All India Management Association of India with vast experience in several finance projects as well as dealing with national and international finance institutions and Banks. At USE, his responsibilities involve financial planning, ensuring financial discipline and helping in the strategic growth of power and port business.
